About the Role

Own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents for enterprise freight and logistics customers, from kickoff through production launch and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, business teams, and internal product and engineering partners to build repeatable implementations that deliver value in complex environments.

What You'll Do

Lead customer deployments through kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and larger-scale rollout.

Map customer workflows and configure AI agents with operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Coordinate integrations and troubleshoot technical issues with product and engineering teams.

Share customer insights with product teams to inform improvements and roadmap decisions.

Create repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and practices to improve time-to-value and support team growth.

Guide change management and train operators to build confidence using AI tools.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including ownership of enterprise B2B software deployments from start to finish.

Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Experience planning and coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, and delivering on schedule.

Ability to build trust and drive consensus across complex organizations and diverse teams.

Fluent English and proficient German.

Experience with AI agents, large language models, or software development is valuable.

Logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, change management, or operator training experience is a plus.
