About the Role

Join the demand-side team at an early-stage AI talent marketplace, where you will build and scale the company acquisition and client success motion. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution and offers a path toward broader general management responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Own company acquisition from prospecting through onboarding and activation.

Build trusted relationships with founders, executives, and talent leaders at high-growth companies.

Understand client hiring needs and translate them into effective searches on the marketplace.

Generate qualified demand through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, and content.

Personally execute cold calls and tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns while testing new messaging and channels.

Track the demand funnel, identify conversion bottlenecks, and improve performance at each stage.

Turn successful experiments into repeatable processes and collaborate with talent and product teams to improve matching and client experience.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, operations, or growth role.

Project management or project lead experience, with the ability to move between designing a go-to-market approach and doing the hands-on work.

Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a venture-backed startup, consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.

Hands-on experience with outbound client acquisition or demand generation, ideally involving founders or senior leaders.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skills, and recent in-person work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California.
