About the Role

Lead product design for a growing AI communications software company serving businesses across Europe. This hands-on leadership role combines product design, brand ownership, and team direction, working closely with product and engineering to improve customer experiences across multiple product areas.

What You'll Do

Own design across product, brand, and the design team while remaining hands-on in day-to-day work.

Design product experiences, run customer interviews, and develop the brand.

Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting quick decisions and frequent feedback.

Lead designers working across the website, brand, and product.

Build customer understanding through regular conversations with small-business users.

Set and maintain design standards and scale design systems across product areas.

Use customer insights and product analytics to evaluate design decisions and iterate.

What We're Looking For

At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.

Strong hands-on skills in Figma, prototyping, and user interviews.

Experience leading a design team, or clear readiness to take on team responsibility while staying hands-on.

Experience building and scaling design systems, with ownership spanning brand, website, and product design.

An analytics-driven product mindset and experience using modern AI tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude to accelerate design work.

Native-level German and professional English.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
