Cerebras Systems builds the world's largest AI chip, 56 times larger than GPUs. This architecture allows Cerebras to deliver industry-leading training and inference speeds; over 10 times faster than GPU-based hyperscale cloud inference services.

This order of magnitude increase in speed is transforming the user experience of AI applications, unlocking real-time iteration and increasing intelligence via additional agentic computation.

Cerebras works with the leading model labs, global enterprises, and cutting-edge AI-native startups. OpenAI recently announced a multi-year partnership with Cerebras, to deploy 750 megawatts of scale, transforming key workloads with ultra high-speed inference.

About the Team

The Cerebras Data Center team brings the infrastructure behind our AI systems online. We work across facility design, power and cooling, hardware, networking, supply chain, deployment, and operations to deliver reliable capacity. As our infrastructure expands, we are building the programs and repeatable processes that help teams execute across multiple sites.

About the Role

Cerebras is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the data and tooling programs that support data center planning, delivery, and operational handoff. You will turn fragmented project information into trusted data, useful workflows, and timely decisions. Working with infrastructure leaders, program managers, engineering, and business systems teams, you will define the roadmap, drive implementation, and establish adoption across the organization.

This role combines technical program leadership with hands-on data fluency. You will connect information across sites and functions so teams can understand dependencies, identify delivery risks, and act before milestones slip.

Responsibilities

Own the data and tooling roadmap for the Data Center organization, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Define shared data models and metric definitions for sites, capacity, delivery milestones, equipment readiness, costs, risks, and dependencies; establish clear data owners and update expectations.

Partner with engineering and business systems teams to integrate project, procurement, inventory, financial, and deployment information through reliable interfaces and workflows.

Build and validate analyses using SQL and lightweight automation; drive dashboards that show planned versus actual progress, forecast changes, and constraints requiring action.

Lead tool evaluation and implementation, including build-versus-buy recommendations, pilot programs, user acceptance testing, rollout, documentation, and training.

Establish data quality checks, reconciliation processes, change history, and access requirements so teams can trust the information used in operating reviews.

Drive adoption across distributed teams, remove redundant reporting, and measure improvements in data freshness, reporting effort, and decision turnaround.

Present program status and tradeoffs to leadership, escalate unresolved dependencies, and improve the tooling roadmap based on user feedback and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Experience leading complex technical programs across infrastructure, enterprise systems, data platforms, or large-scale operations, with ownership spanning requirements through sustained adoption.

Demonstrated ability to set direction across multiple teams, resolve competing priorities, and deliver organization-wide improvements without direct authority.

Strong SQL skills and experience validating datasets, defining metrics, and developing operational dashboards; working knowledge of Python or comparable scripting for analysis and automation.

Ability to discuss APIs, data models, integrations, workflow design, and data quality requirements with engineers and translate technical tradeoffs into program decisions.

Experience connecting operational data to delivery schedules, capacity, cost, or equipment readiness, including identifying the limits of incomplete or inconsistent data.
