bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join bunch’s Reporting team. You’ll own the products and workflows that turn fund and portfolio data into correct, trusted reporting that’s ready to send to investors.

You’ll work at the heart of how fund managers communicate performance and activity to their investors. That means building intuitive reporting experiences and report-generation capabilities customers can trust.

As Senior Product Manager, Reporting Platform, you will

Own key parts of our reporting product and its workflows end-to-end

Make sure the numbers investors see are right, from the data fund managers enter, through the calculations, to the final reports and the LP portal

Drive product decisions that balance accuracy, compliance and usability

Partner closely with engineering, design and operations to deliver a system customers can rely on

This role focuses on the Reporting side of the platform. Typical areas include

Portfolio data capture: how fund managers record investments, valuations and portfolio events like follow-ons, conversions and exits, with a strong focus on intuitive UI/UX, data quality and completeness

The calculation layer between fund accounting and investor reporting: turning the fund’s books and portfolio valuations into correct investor numbers, with checks that tie them together

Report generation workflows: quarterly and annual packages, capital account statements and PDFs ready to send to investors

Configuration and customisation: templates, branding, disclosures, and language and currency formatting

Data readiness and correctness for reports: validation, completeness checks and auditability

Distribution and delivery: review and approval flows, delivery to investors, and access controls

Observability for reporting runs: errors, retries, performance and transparency for customers

Top Responsibilities

Drive roadmap and execution for reporting workflows and the reporting experiences customers see

Translate domain requirements into clear product specs (inputs → transformations → outputs) with strong edge-case handling

Partner with engineering to define the right building blocks for scalable report generation (templates, data contracts, versioning)

Collaborate with design to make complex reporting setup and review flows intuitive and fast

Work with fund accounting, operations and customer-facing teams to identify friction, ensure correctness and improve time-to-report

Define and track success metrics across adoption, report quality, operational efficiency and reliability

Maintain a high bar for data integrity, traceability and customer trust

About You

7+ years of product management experience building B2B fintech products

Strong product execution skills: shipping, iteration loops, prioritization and stakeholder alignment

A solid grasp of financial reporting basics: how they work and why every number has to trace back to a source. Experience from accounting, banking, payments, treasury or financial data products all counts

Ability to turn complex requirements into simple product surfaces and crisp product logic

Analytical mindset: you can define metrics, investigate root causes and make data-informed tradeoffs

Excellent communication: you write clear specs and collaborate well with technical and non-technical partners

Experience working closely with engineering on systems that need reliability, monitoring and rigor on edge cases

Nice to have: exposure to fund or investment reporting (NAV, capital accounts, fees, IRR, TVPI, DPI). You don’t need a private markets background. We’ll teach you, and you’ll work every day with our fund accounting experts
