Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!

Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.

Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.

To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.

BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.

Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.

The role

London is one of BLP's key international hubs as we expand beyond our Zürich HQ, alongside our growing presence in Germany and the US. We're looking for the leader who will build it. As UK Sales Leader, you'll run the UK & Ireland market as your own region: setting the strategy, building and coaching a team of Account Executives, and closing strategic enterprise deals yourself.

This is a hands-on role for a builder and operator. You'll lead from the front, sell directly to CFOs, COOs, CPOs and CIOs at leading industrial and retail organisations, and set the standard for how we win in the UK. You'll have real autonomy, working closely with leadership in Zürich and our team in Germany to share best practice, align on cross-border accounts and shape how the wider business scales.

What you'll do

Own the UK & I revenue number end-to-end, operating the region as a self-sufficient satellite to HQ while collaborating closely with our German team

Personally lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT

Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing AE team with fast ramp times and strong productivity

Run weekly 1:1 coaching and deal reviews with every AE, using MEDDICC to sharpen qualification, deal strategy and win rates

Build and refine the UK sales playbook, adapting our approach to the local market while staying aligned with HQ

Own forecasting and KPIs, driving accurate, predictable performance against targets

Run rigorous pipeline reviews that reveal what's really happening in accounts, without unnecessary bureaucracy

Represent BLP in the UK market and stay ahead of ERP and AI automation trends to position us against competitors

What you'll bring

7+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, selling complex solutions

4–5 years leading and scaling sales teams, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding team targets

A strong individual contributor foundation; you still love being in the deal

Deep, practical command of MEDDICC (or a similar enterprise methodology), and the ability to coach it consistently

Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying groups and long, complex sales cycles at C-level

Experience in fast-scaling organisations, ideally having built or led a regional office away from HQ

A data-driven approach, turning insight into decisive action and team behaviour

Native-level English; ERP, finance automation or process automation exposure is a strong plus

What we offer

Real ownership: end-to-end responsibility for the UK revenue engine, with the mandate to shape structure, priorities and execution

A product that wins: a differentiated platform with strong traction and proven value, giving you credibility in senior conversations

Build from the ground up: shape a new regional organisation at a pivotal stage of our growth

Competitive package: strong base, meaningful variable and long-term participation options

Career trajectory: a senior role with expanding scope as we grow across markets and segments
