Analog is building the connective tissue between people, cities, and technology: robots, live spatial intelligence, and Ana, our AI agent. It all runs out of one office in Abu Dhabi with a ~70-person team. Robots are tested on-site, demos happen in the building, and the network underneath has to hold up through all of it. If you’ve ever wanted your infrastructure work to be the reason something physical actually moves, this is a good time to join.

What we’re looking for, and why

Someone hands-on who likes owning the stuff you can touch: switches, firewalls, servers, racks. We’re growing fast, so the infrastructure needs to grow with us, and we need someone who’s ideally already in the UAE and can get up to speed on our office, on-prem setup, and vendors from day one.

What you’ll be working on

Running our on-prem network, firewalls, and servers

Designing cloud network architecture and setting network requirements with the product teams

Supporting live demos, so what we show always works

Shaping our local GPU strategy

Procuring physical assets, from hardware to vendors

What makes this role different

You’ll sit between the physical and the cloud. Most infrastructure roles are one or the other; here you’ll work on both, with robots and demos depending on your work. Engineering is flat, so you’ll work directly with the engineers who rely on your setup, with no layers in between. The GPU strategy is also yours to shape.

Skills we need

Solid experience with on-prem networking, firewalls, and server management

Working knowledge of cloud networking (Azure preferred)

Comfort owning procurement and vendor relationships

Based in the UAE, with local experience

Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers

What we’re not looking for

People who want a narrow, ticket-driven role, or who prefer remote-only work. You’ll be on-site, close to the hardware, and often the first person people call when something needs to work right now.
