The role

Plaud is scaling brand marketing across global, Americas, and EMEA teams, with a global brand campaign launching in 2027. This role is the operational hub that turns global plans into coordinated regional execution. You'll build the processes, playbooks, and planning rhythms that help the team launch with consistency, move faster, and scale without depending on any one person's bandwidth

What you will own

Global campaign rollout

Own the operational plan for global brand campaigns and tentpole moments, from brief through regional launch.

Build launch calendars, milestones, and readiness reviews across global, Americas, and EMEA teams.

Coordinate with agency partners, regional leads, and cross-functional teams to keep timelines and deliverables aligned.

Global-to-regional playbooks

Design and maintain playbooks that define how global campaigns are handed off, adapted, and localized by region.

Set clear standards for what stays global, what regions adapt, and who approves each stage.

Partner with regional leads to manage localization workflows, translation, and market-specific adaptation.

Creative process and resourcing

Build the creative intake, ticketing, and prioritization system for brand, content, and shoot requests.

Map creative capacity across in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers, and flag resourcing gaps early.

Run production planning for content and shoots, including scheduling, budgets, and asset delivery.

Marketing and project planning

Lead the annual and quarterly marketing planning cycle, including roadmap development and OKR tracking.

Run project management across brand initiatives: scoping, timelines, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.

Maintain a single source of truth for the marketing roadmap across global and regional teams.

Team operations

Support team planning, including headcount mapping, onboarding, and operating rhythms.

Run recurring team rituals such as weekly syncs, planning reviews, and post-launch retrospectives.

Roll out new processes and tools, and drive adoption across the team.

What success looks like in the first year

Every global campaign ships with a documented plan, regional handoff, and localization path.

Creative requests flow through one intake system with clear priorities and turnaround times.

A working brand operations playbook covers planning, launches, content and shoots, resourcing, and localization.

Regional teams execute global campaigns consistently, with fewer last-minute escalations.

Qualifications

8+ years in marketing operations, brand operations, program management, and/or agency production.
